Meet Lorraine

Hi my name is Lorraine Boyce. I am a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and founder of Down Below Physio. I’m here to help you if you have any pain or pelvic health issues such as bladder or bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, painful sex, diastasis recti or pelvic girdle pain.

My passion is to help you stay fit and strong during your pregnancy, and to support your postnatal recovery, guiding your return to exercise with confidence and helping to rehab and tone your pelvic floor muscles and ‘mummy tummy’.

I can discuss your hormonal health with you and help you to restore balance in your system, especially during menopause.

I can help you get back to your feeling your best through a one to one appointment with me at my clinic or through an online video consultation.
