Getting Back to Yourself After Baby

After having your baby, focus on what’s happening on the INSIDE as well as how you look on the OUTSIDE! It’s a much more effective strategy to work from the inside out, don’t skip important steps in your postnatal recovery.

I can now go out for the day and not worry about whether there will be a toilet nearby, I have a new lease of life. I have confidence in my ability to ‘hold on’ since I strengthened my pelvic floor muscles.
