If you catch the warning signs of this type of pain early enough, this programme will help ease your pain and get back to your active self! It will allow you to feel physically able to take care of your family, home and work life again, and to actually enjoy your pregnancy!

If you have extremely severe pain levels already, this programme is still suitable, but you will likely get best results alongside some hands-on treatment from myself. This will complement that treatment perfectly and support the relief you get with your Physiotherapy sessions.
