Baby is well and truly ‘on board’ at this stage and nearly ready to make its grand arrival! This package lets you intentionally train for the birth of your baby!

Target the key areas of pelvic floor, tummy, back, hips and pelvis. Get the strength, stamina, mobility and mindset to face whatever birth and beyond may decide to throw at you.

And maintaining your fitness during pregnancy can assist your recovery afterwards..


Keeping yourself flexible and strong is so important in your third trimester, and can help support you in your birthing position of choice, whether it’s 4 point kneeling, squatting or side-lying, as you will need endurance in your hip, back and pelvic muscles for these positions. There is a relaxation section to let you connect with your breathing pattern, making this programme a comprehensive approach to prepare you for the birth. Tuning into the contraction and relaxation of your pelvic floor muscles can be hugely beneficial for the labour. Most importantly, all of the exercises in this programme are appropriate to do during your last trimester.
